The Minnesota Twins on Monday announced they will serve Vincent - A Restaurant’s popular hamburger at Target Field, the latest in a series of local menu items that will be featured on the menu at the new ballpark. Vincent’s burger is made with Angus beer and stuffed with braised short rib and smoked gouda cheese. More than 60 bison are roaming about 10,000 acres in the Bryson Hesperia area on the southern edge of Monterey County, after breaking loose from a truck last week. Members of the Chumash Indian tribe were transporting the bison from South Dakota to a wilderness preserve on Bryson Hesperia Road northwest of Lake Nacimiento.
